With any ParentSystem Account we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are in any way unhappy with your subscription then you can request a refund at any time within 30 days of your purchase. All refunds are subject to our standard refunds policy, below.

Refund Policy
If you feel you require a refund (e.g. you wish to use our money back guarantee, the order was made by mistake, etc) you may request the refund by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason (e.g. you have already used the system).

If a refund is approved, it will be given through the payment gateway you paid through; either PayPal (for Credit Cards) or check/money order. Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account or to the card you made payment with.

For refunds made through PayPal, you should receive a full refund.

Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 30 days have passed from the order date.
